Shipping policy

Processing & Made-to-Order Timing

In-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

If your selected fabric and/or headwear style is not currently in stock, your item will be handcrafted to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for delivery, depending on the carrier and destination.

Because every Athena piece is handcrafted with care, made-to-order items may require a little additional time — but we promise they're worth the wait!

Shipping Cost

Complimentary shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

Tracking

We will always provide a tracking number for your order so you can follow its route. The Shop app is also an easy way to track your order.
