Each Athena Medical Headwear piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to quality, comfort, and detail.

Complimentary shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

Processing & Made-to-Order Timing

In-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

If your selected fabric and/or headwear style is not currently in stock, your item will be handcrafted to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for delivery, depending on the carrier and destination.

Because every Athena piece is handcrafted with care, made-to-order items may require a little additional time — but we promise they’re worth the wait!

Final Sale Policy

For the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers, all Athena Medical Headwear purchases are final sale.

As our headwear is designed to be worn directly on the head, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped. This policy allows us to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and product integrity our customers deserve.

We encourage you to carefully review your selected fabric, headwear style, size, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in every piece we create and want your Athena experience to be exceptional.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the concern, and clear photographs of the item received. Once reviewed, we will work with you promptly to provide an appropriate resolution — a replacement or store credit.

Orders Shipped to the European Union

Where EU consumer law applies, the standard 14 day right of withdrawal does not extend to goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalized, nor to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Athena headwear is handmade to order and is worn directly against the hair and scalp, so both exceptions apply. Any statutory rights you hold that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected, and the damaged, defective and incorrect-item resolution above applies to every order regardless of destination.
