Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Every Athena piece is handmade, one at a time. If a fabric is not currently in stock it can still be ordered and will be made for you.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, all Athena Medical Headwear sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped. Because our products are worn directly on the head, returned headwear cannot be safely placed back into inventory or resold.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, Athena Medical Headwear will provide an appropriate replacement or store credit. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases or sizing selections.

How to report an order issue

Email contact@athenabonnets.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review it and come back to you with the next steps.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
